Merry Christmas from Susan Crook Communications, LLC
Hello,

Wishing you abundant joy this holiday season along with a renewed sense of appreciation and gratitude for the many "gifts" you've been given. Regardless of your circumstances - rather rich or poor, health issues, cranky kids, difficult relationships, overwhelming tasks, long lists, long lines, or struggling waistlines - you're here for a reason. It is my desire that you will discover and fully experience this reason for yourself.

You were created with a purpose and a plan. May you come to understand your purpose when you fully experience the reason for the season. God sent Jesus so ALL personality styles (fast-paced, slow-paced, people-oriented, or task-oriented) could delight in His love throughout this season and all year!

All the best to you and your loved ones,
Susan Crook

Crook Christmas 2007       Merry Christmas from the "Crooks"

Good news this 2007 Christmas! We can experience FREEDOM through Christ!  Because of His abundant, steadfast, and never-ending love, we are free to enjoy the miracles large and small that surround us.

And let's not forget to recognize those miracles, offering praise and thanksgiving.

Yes, life can be a battle and change is hard, but the "chains" binding old ways can be tossed aside!  How? We are transformed into His likeness when we accept His love and mercy offered through the miracle of Jesus' birth.

It is my desire that you accept and treasure the greatest gift of all this Christmas. The gift that God sent to us many years ago - His Son.

"Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." John 8:32.

"So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." John 8:36.
MAKE THIS YOUR BEST CHRISTMAS EVER!

Christmas Tree Veggie Appetizer CHRISTMAS TREE VEGGIE APPETIZER

           2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
           1/2 C. sour cream
           1 tsp. dried dill weed
           1/8 tsp. garlic powder
           3 C. assorted chopped vegetables

  1) Heat oven to 375°F. Remove dough from cans in rolled sections (2 sections from each can); do not unroll.
Cut each section into 8 slices (16 slices from each can).  (Makes two trees.)

  2) Place slices, cut side down, on ungreased cookie sheets to form trees. To form each tree, start by placing 1
slice for top; arrange 2 slices just below, with sides touching. Continue arranging row of 3 slices, then row of 4
slices, ending with row of 5 slices. Use remaining slice for trunk. Refrigerate one tree.

  3) Bake one tree at 375°F. for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute; carefully loosen with
pancake turner and slide onto wire rack to cool. Bake and cool second tree.

  4) Place each tree on serving platter. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, dill and garlic powder;
blend until smooth. Spread mixture over both trees. Decorate trees with assorted vegetable pieces. Garnish as
desired. Refrigerate until serving time. To serve, pull apart slices of tree.

Enjoy! I use the same concept with canned cinnamon rolls & M&Ms on Christmas morning. (Recipe from Pillsbury)
